Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management within the AP system (Tipalti) including onboarding new vendor, track W9 submission and set up for payments
  • Process invoices in Tipalti timely and accurately, responsible to posting the invoice in the system and follow the internal approval process
  • Rebates to clients are processed as invoices to vendors – work diligently with the internal coordination team to set up customers in the AP system and process the rebate
  • Review, approve and post employee expense reports in TriNet Expense and enforce compliance with the company OOPE policy
  • Review, approve and post corporate credit card reconciliation reports on a monthly basis, ensure expenses are within the company policy and categorized properly before pushed into the accounting system
  • Maintain accounts payable sub ledger, researching and resolving issues on a timely basis
  • Prepare in preparing annual 1099 reporting
  • Prepare month end reconciliations including credit card accruals, expense report accruals, and AP accruals
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as necessary
  • Reconciling vendor accounts and statements, research and resolve payment issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Sr. Product Marketing Manager   Based in San Mateo, CA, Reali is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about taking new products and features to market. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will work with product management, sales and marketing to clearly explain Reali’s value to our customers and help Reali better understand how customer and prospect needs are met. This individual will conduct market research, create differentiated messaging, and execute on end-to-end go-to-market strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive the positioning, messaging, associated proof points and planning of new product and feature launches through simple, clear stories
  • Coordinate and produce compelling copy and supporting assets including videos, blog posts, and more
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to our sales team and develop the sales materials/tools that support the selling process of our products
  • Manage competitive analysis and user research in order to help us clearly articulate differentiated positioning
  • Develop and evolve market segmentation for each product offering
  • Serve as in-house expert in customer purchase behavior and customer life-cycles while helping others within the organization to deeply understand the needs of customer segments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategy and campaign content to help drive new business pipeline and support cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead post-launch analysis on operational and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Establish and own overall success metrics for product marketing function

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end go-to-market process, product positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives
  • An excellent storyteller with the ability to explain complicated topics simply and clearly
  • Deep understanding of how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into
  • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Hard working, collaborative and inquisitive
  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive and resourceful. Someone who thinks on their feet, is comfortable with change and enjoys problem solving
  • Experience in real estate technology a plus
  • MS/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred

We’re hiring a talented Product Designer to join us! This position will work directly with our design, product and engineering teams. We need strong designers who can pick up and understand the domain quickly and who are enthusiastic about building new technologies! This role has the potential to work in a variety of product areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product management and engineering to influence and direct the design of features that address customer needs and provide an optimal way to interact with the product
  • Gain familiarity with our domain and product through independent research and internal training
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to understand business and user needs for new and existing offerings
  • Develop pixel perfect designs and prototype interaction behaviors
  • Conduct design reviews to validate ideas and incorporate useful feedback from engineers and product owners to iterate on the design

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of mobile and web application design experience for enterprise and consumer products that shipped
  • A design portfolio demonstrating your approach to design including research methods, flow diagrams, sketches, high fidelity designs, prototypes and final results
  • Experience with at least one prototyping tool (eg. Axure, Framer, Principle)
  • Proficiency in developing pixel-perfect mockups using Sketch and/or Adobe Design tools
  • Have exceptional verbal & visual communication skills to communicate vision and inspire
  • Care not just about design and production tasks but the entire product ecosystem
  • Ability to switch between design exploration and production level design; plus, experience working in an iterative, agile development environment
